Suspect arrested in connection with deadly shooting at Oklahoma high school football game

A 15-year-old suspect was arrested on a murder charge in connection with a deadly shooting that occurred during a high school football game in Oklahoma, authorities said. The teen was arrested on a second-degree murder charge following Friday's shooting at Choctaw High School, which left a teenager dead and several others injured, Choctaw Police Chief Kelly Marshall confirmed to ABC News. Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson III said the arrest warrant was issued Tuesday evening and executed by his office without incident.

Tennessee turns over probe into failed Graceland sale to federal authorities, report says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- The Tennessee attorney general's office said Tuesday that it has turned over its investigation into the failed sale of Elvis Presley’s home Graceland at a foreclosure auction to federal authorities, a newspaper reported. The Commercial Appeal reported that Amy Lannom Wilhite, a spokesperson for Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti, said in a statement that the investigation into the attempted foreclosure sale of the prominent tourist attraction “was a matter best suited for federal law enforcement.
